Race and ethnicity report

In October 2024 we will be releasing a report on the effectiveness of race and ethnicity-based diversity programmes and initiatives in the UK. The report will be available to download on our website.

• The report will summarise UK DE&I interventions that increase representation and inclusion for racial and ethnic minorities.
• The report will feature high-level case studies of interventions throughout the employee lifecycle.
• The areas of focus in the employee lifecycle include attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, reward, and progression.
• The report will include data outlining the perspectives of racial and ethnic minorities in the UK, as well as DE&I practitioners driving the work forward.
