### Race and Ethnicity Progress Report 2025

Our new report, *From Promise to Progress: The Efficacy of Race and Ethnicity Programmes in the UK Post-2020*, is now live.

Based on surveys of 332 employees and 65 DE&I practitioners, it examines whether post-2020 commitments have led to lasting change.

**Key findings:**

- Fairness is improving, but psychological safety remains weak.
- Data is collected widely, but often not translated into action.
- Microaggressions and trust gaps persist.
- Visible role models drive authenticity and fairness.
- Accountability is the missing link.
